Since 2 days I have the same with my score cards
You will not loose the data already uploaded to your account. I would make a note of all the settings in your S60 before a reset to remind you how to set up your watch. I would recommend to “forget the…
This doesn't help. Any other ideas?
The watch was working perfectly for 1.5 years syncing scorecards with shot-by-shot detail. Then a couple of months ago scorecards stopped showing up on the iPhone. Now I get them but without the shot detail for each hole.
This is really frustrating.
Any help/fixes will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve.
Hi: The rounds where the shot by shot didn’t work are gone. To fix this 1) do a factory reset of the watch, 2) delete the Garmin Connect and the Garmin golf app from your smart phone, 3) reinstall the Garmin apps.
After playing your next round, sync the watch with Garmin Connect first. When the Golf badge shows up in Connect, then sync with the Golf app.
This should get your shot by shots to show again. Good luck.
Thanks for that.
After you did all this, were your historical rounds still listed on your phone (Garmin Connect)? Don't want to lose them...
The scorecards will remain intact because that info got to the app. The shot by shots that displayed without problems will also be there as before. Only the shot by shots that didn’t work cannot be recovered because the watch can’t send that info to the Garmin cloud for some reason. When you reset the watch, all the data in the watch will be lost. But any new rounds will show up without a problem.
Great. Thanks. I'll give it a go...
That worked. Thank you!
I am having this problem. Last few rounds have not shown my shot by shot data in my score cards in mobile app. I sync immediately following rounds each time via mobile
Please sync using Garmin Express on your computer and then check Garmin Connect online to see if your shot data is showing correctly. If the data is showing on your Garmin Connect account, check your Golf APP on your smartphone to see if your shot data is present.
