I have been using the R10 for a couple days now and my distances seems way off. Seems very club is approx 20yards short from the range? Is there anything that needs to be done with calibration?

I'm a new owner couple days. Every club is ridiculously short. On real course I bomb 250 on bad hits....I struggle to get 180yds reading. All the irons seem like they are read like an 8I. Can't get…
Similiar problem for me, been using for a couple of days and all clubs are only recording 2/3 distance, checked the setup with a tape measure and spirit level and still the same problem. I have tried inside…
I want to love this thing had such high hopes and as is has become an enormous let down.
Range not so good... 30% of the shots are way off and it only captured 40-50% of my shots... f-ing annoying, especially when I hit a few on the screws right down the middle and I got nothing... and this is after I did the recent firmware update. This is my 4th outing with these issues, I am thinking of dumping this for a rapsodo or mevo
Best photos I have right now. Garmin is sitting on a small piece of hitting mat that is the same thickness as my main mat. Garmin is 7ft behind ball, ball is 8ft from net/screen. Have also been using a fan place behind the Garmin with no issues.
same here, exactly the same issues, plus I did the firmware last night to 3.30 and the app on the phone is up to date
are you kidding us? do we need to bring a micrometer and level to the range?
I am getting the sinking feeling that we are the free beta testers for Garmin and we got youtubed into buying this
I haven't seen many reports of problems at the range.
Clearly you haven't read the last 9 pages or so. People have issues in both locations. Doesn't matter the range or indoors.
