I have been using the R10 for a couple days now and my distances seems way off. Seems very club is approx 20yards short from the range? Is there anything that needs to be done with calibration?

The accuracy statement outlined on the Garmin site here Accuracy of Approach R10 Radar outlines the accuracy for radar following standard deviation true for the Approach R10. The algorithm derived metrics…
I'm a new owner couple days. Every club is ridiculously short. On real course I bomb 250 on bad hits....I struggle to get 180yds reading. All the irons seem like they are read like an 8I. Can't get…
Similiar problem for me, been using for a couple of days and all clubs are only recording 2/3 distance, checked the setup with a tape measure and spirit level and still the same problem. I have tried inside…
I want to love this thing had such high hopes and as is has become an enormous let down.
While I'm getting solid distances until 4h at the range, in my backyard my 7 iron carries 77 yards with 8 feet to the net (scary) and r10 8 feet behind to the R10. I've been a big fan of this thing at the range, but at home it's not usable.
@Garmin-Rob or others, are there any indications of when we may see some improvement, or what environmental changes we may need to make?

I'm wondering what we should be expecting from this unit into the net at home. I have until November to return this thing, hoping it's resolved by then. I didn't get the R10 to be a range companion, but instead to bring the range to my house.
I'm confident that Garmin's team is working on it, but worried that they won't come to a solution.
Maybe they're working on a toggle setting to put the unit into "net mode"?
Any ETA on the release of 3.4 @Garmin-Rob? Thanks for your support.
Yes can we get an expected date for an update?
Hello! The issue is still being reviewed by our engineering team. I did have a suggestion for each of you when you have the chance.
Are most of your launch angles reading lower than expected? If launch angles are also low, can you try raising the radar 1.2" higher to see if that improves the readings and post your findings here? You can also highlight my name and send me a private message with the outcome.
I will set the unit higher and get back to you. I don't know my typical launch angles unfortunately so I don't know what to compare it to.
I'm still getting low carry numbers. Below are several of my "best" shots with a 5i which is typically my 175 carry club...total distances don't seem too far off (pretty far) but the carries are very low. Like 3+ clubs low. Again I'm hitting into a net 9 feet away on version 3.3. I don't know how to show the launch angles in this chart but the average launch angle was around 10-11*. No idea if that is good or not.
I am still having issue with the club head speed and the ball speed, this is showing very low.
This thing is useless as a launch monitor. If there's not a fix in a week it's going back.
Didn't anyone test this thing in your office? hahaha It's embarrassing.
