I have been using the R10 for a couple days now and my distances seems way off. Seems very club is approx 20yards short from the range? Is there anything that needs to be done with calibration?

I'm a new owner couple days. Every club is ridiculously short. On real course I bomb 250 on bad hits....I struggle to get 180yds reading. All the irons seem like they are read like an 8I. Can't get…
Similiar problem for me, been using for a couple of days and all clubs are only recording 2/3 distance, checked the setup with a tape measure and spirit level and still the same problem. I have tried inside…
I want to love this thing had such high hopes and as is has become an enormous let down.
I've used mine a few times 2 clubs short on shots. This has stopped me from using it as that's why i bought it for distance and carry. I have now resided myself to wait for an upgrade to correct the problem over a month now i have been waiting. I am really surprised that Garmin have not addressed this problem yet i don't understand why they wouldn't. It seams to me that this is the main problem with the kit. It is a great bit of kit but useless until they get the distance fixed. Is there anything i can do run different software of anything as i am at my whit's end and deparste to use it.
I have seen some pictures of set ups on the facebook forum where distances are reported short. Some have the same unfinished basement ceiling with exposed beams and stuff. Just like mine. Maybe??
Driver clubhead speed outdoors - 106 mph
Driver Clubhead speed Indoors - 97 mph
Similar story for the 7i which i know 100% that i am swinging it as hard indoors and outdoors.
Still very disappointed with the device. Yardage is still off 20 yards no matter what I do, move it up, move it back, level it, etc.....Why should I have to buy 3rd party software to use the device. I wish I could return the device but I missed the window. I went to the range outdoors also to compare and still off. Yes I upgraded the software......
I'm using my R10 in an outdoor range in the city (hitting under a roof and there's nets around the perimeter, similar to a top golf venue) and all of my distances are off. Is there any update on a solution for this issue?
I had yardage issues(~10-20 yards) hitting indoors into a net. Around 6 ft back and 8ft to an indoor net in my garage. Built a lego stand with a ryobi laser cube (not my idea, someone sent me an image) leveled to my indoor turf and yardages are pretty close to on point now.
funny because i have similar issues at a range near me with a metal ceiling/roof above, but indoors in my basement with no metal it seems to read better
I have an outdoor practice net - removed the white screen and just hitting into a black net - accuracy improved significantly. My 14 yo son thought it was over reading - his 5 irons we going out to 200m (220 yard) so we went to the course and yep, he is hitting them 200…
What is the 3rd party software that gives you accurate yardage
Update: I brought my R10 to a friend's shop with indoor CG system set up and compared the results - all distances are off, especially with longer clubs, most notably the driver.
