I have been using the R10 for a couple days now and my distances seems way off. Seems very club is approx 20yards short from the range? Is there anything that needs to be done with calibration?

I'm a new owner couple days. Every club is ridiculously short. On real course I bomb 250 on bad hits....I struggle to get 180yds reading. All the irons seem like they are read like an 8I. Can't get…
Similiar problem for me, been using for a couple of days and all clubs are only recording 2/3 distance, checked the setup with a tape measure and spirit level and still the same problem. I have tried inside…
I want to love this thing had such high hopes and as is has become an enormous let down.
I mean - ball flight is mostly way off now.
I'm seeing different results than most on the 3.7 release. I have found it to be much better on distances and ball flight. Before when I tried to play my local golf course on Home Tee Hero it was almost impossible. If I hit a thin or top shoe it went maybe 20 yards into the dirt. Now the thin shot actually go 100+ depending on the club. Like actual golf the better you hit it the better the results. Before the bad shots were extremely bad, now they are more real life. I like the unit and don't expect it to be a trackman accurate. The latest round I play on my local course on Home Tee Hero I shot the same as when I play the course for real. BTW I am indoors into a screen set up to specs and with the alignment device which is great.
Had 2 sessions outdoors into net at my club. First impressions is that 3.7 made it worse. 3.6 was pretty good for me, exactly what I was expecting. 3.7 seems to give odd ball flights for me. 3 handicap golfer. Not sure if I should be doing the calibration thing now or is it possible to go back to 3.6?
I’m using a 3d printed level / alignment stand as I was for 3.6
I 2nd that as well v3.7 is worst for me and this is at the driving range my driver distance is only 215yd with R10 HTH.
At home into a net is the worst 8i only getting 110yd and drivers is under 200 yd, lol
All these variations are so odd. Have those of you with really short numbers always had issues? I see several comments that 3.70 is worse than 3.6.
For my part, I've found my unit to be pretty consistent since the beginning - 5-10% short hitting into a net about 9 feet from the ball. But very consistent so playing HTH is great as long as I remember to club up.
FWIW, I'm a moderate driver. On the course, my good drives carry 220-230. The R10 reports about 205-210 carry for my best drives. So not perfect, but not horrible.
3.7 seems better for me. Driver numbers seem better. Haven't had a ton of time with it, but did a session and overall the 3.7 numbers seem more believe to me. Hitting inside against a 12x9 impact screen, 9 feet ball to screen, 6 feet behind. Using a 3d printed leveler and alignment tool, with unit on a 2" raised block.
I’m having the same problem. Everything registers short at least 20-40 yards.
Same problems. 20-40 yards short. All irons hit similar distance no matter what I do.
Garmin-Rob, how can I go back to 3.6 or factory reset, update 3.7 has made my Unit un-useable. I use it outdoor at a range. Shot deviation is way way off meaning HTH and E6Connect can’t be played either….
