R10 distances seem off.

I have been using the R10 for a couple days now and my distances seems way off. Seems very club is approx 20yards short from the range? Is there anything that needs to be done with calibration?

I'm convinced that something is different while on the course because I was thinking 3.7 was fixing my short irons because I couldnt get anything over like 105 yds on range with 8I... then yesterday hit about 20 shots on range 125-142.... then started a round with a lot of short par 3s to practice same club... now it wouldnt carry over 105 at best (almost got hole in one though LOL.) But really wth. Not like my swing suddenly changed....you can feel when you hit a ball good/bad. I know a lot of these were no different than on the range...

Given the diverse experiences, it may be a good idea for Garmin too publish pics of what indoors sets ups work. Also, a repository of users who have had success with indoor set ups could be useful...

I hit in a net outdoors and 3.7 on Android seems better on attack angles but worse on distance. I'm prob 40-50 yards short on everything now in the net. But i Haven't tried the range yet. I'm not sure if you need that calibration feature to get use of 3.7 if so the sooner it gets to Android the better.

I just received mine in the mail today. Set it up in my garage and all my clubs are 20-30 yards short. I have tested my carry distances on a GC quad and have a good understanding. Seems to be way off. updated to 3.7. Looking for direction on where to go. I followed distanced from net to mat and mat to R10. My garage is pretty cluttered full of stuff. Wondering if that causes an issue? Garmin, Please help me out.

The Garmin R10 Facebook groups have a ton of these. It may be easier to find there since people who are working perfectly are not spending time in the Support forms

Thanks! I did hit the calibrate button on my phone one of the sessions I did. Similar results.

I had the same issues as other described I,e ok at the range but very short indoors or into a net. I updated to latest software and that made no difference but then I set the device up indoors and used to app to recalibrate the device. Since I did that all distances are spot on (well close).
