I have been using the R10 for a couple days now and my distances seems way off. Seems very club is approx 20yards short from the range? Is there anything that needs to be done with calibration?

I'm a new owner couple days. Every club is ridiculously short. On real course I bomb 250 on bad hits....I struggle to get 180yds reading. All the irons seem like they are read like an 8I. Can't get…
Similiar problem for me, been using for a couple of days and all clubs are only recording 2/3 distance, checked the setup with a tape measure and spirit level and still the same problem. I have tried inside…
I want to love this thing had such high hopes and as is has become an enormous let down.
So everything seems short but worse in a net.
I'll do the math. And check it out. Thx. You would think they could push that fix out quick
The reason I asked is that carrying over 270 with a 104mph club head speed is very unlikely. 240 yard carry sounds about right for that club head speed, maybe up to 250 something with a perfect strike.
Per GC Quad if you hit it with 104 mph swing speed that drive should have traveled a TOTAL of 280yds if you centered, hit it square with the correct launch angle and spin with a driver that fits you. That would be: ABOUT 255 CARRY and 280 TOTAL counting the 25 yds of average roll. Too bad we don't have the spin numbers for that shot. Launch angle is low. I keep saying that they need to work on backspin (which is low on short irons and high on long irons and woods (it has been proven on many comparisons with GC Quad and I did vs. my Trackman numbers) and does impact carry and total distance of shots. They also need to work on side deviation (sometimes ball goes left but R10 says it goes right or it has it going more left or more right than it actually does (although it goes the same distance). I'm getting an average of 500 to 1500 rpm's more in the R10 with my driver vs Trackman. If for example you had on that shot about 3,400 to 3,800 of backspin I can see why your carry was 10 yds shorter than expected (244 vs 255 expected) that's why I think is a spin issue.
I noticed that too I think they are a little off. In the net it dropped by 5mph.
I would need to check with another tool to be sure though. 5-10 mph or altitude could be the difference. But I'm only at 800 asl. All I can go by is where the ball lands and most of my shots carry 250-270 or more.
And that's all with range balls.
That conversion at 1.094 does seem to match what I see on the range. Would put my carry over 250.
Even my irons are a better match after that. Instead of a 8i going 148 it's around 160 what is what I see. You might be on to something.
Are we saying that all the distance woes could just be a unit mistake????
