R10 distances seem off.

I contacted support and told them I had done everything suggested and nothing worked. They sent me a return label and will send out a replacement as soon as thy receive my unit. Hope it works fingers crossed. 

Yep same here, my label is on its way but it looks like I'll have to wait a month for the replacement due to lack of available stock.

15 pages so far, but only on this thread. Look at the others, then the page count goes. Perhaps comments on the YouTube videos like “Let’s Play Thru” and other ones gushing over this turkey where we all give everyone in the market place the “real” review might help expedite improvements. 

This is a newer one.   Some of the numbers are REAL bad in this 3 way comparison of launch monitors.... be patient at first the short irons look great then as the clubs get longer it gets worse and worse some at 50yds differences on R10.

Hello! Today we released software version 3.60 for the Approach R10. The change log is listed below. Improvements have been made to shot tracking and calculations as well as other readings.

this software update is a firmware update, when will will there be an update for the Golf App Software for iPhone, etc?

someone made a stand for the Garmin that allows for squaring the unit with an alignment stick.  I ordered one andI'll see if that helps

I can report definite increase in driver distance with new firmware. Old average was around 260, which wasn't far off from actual. New average is >270.
