The others that have responded here are correct—since this is a bug with a specific app, the issue must be addressed by the developer. If the developer of Quatro believes there is a bug in Connect IQ causing the problem with their watch face, they can submit a bug report here with code snippets and examples, and we can investigate.

watchface Quatro has a heart rate bug

watch face Quatro has a heart rate bug, I like this watch face. I have noticed some differences in my Garmin data. When I removed the watch from my wrist then also my watch is showing an active pulse rate but the rest of the watch faces get blank.

Can anybody helpnme with this.

you can try my watchface and compare behaviour

on my f7/f6, when watch isn't on wrist 'no data' is displayed

Hi

Third party developers have very limited access to watch data.
We just access the data library and output the value it returns.
Quatro doesn't measure anything.

But you can post this on Garmin's forum.
