Watchface is not showing in app store

I have upload a new version of my watchface. 
Since this time the face is missing in store.

With a search I can find it, but it’s not show in the defined category.

I have changed the category from analog to simple, renamed the app, but nothing help. The face is not more show in the store.

The watchface is online since 2018 and have 200000 downloads.

    That's the way it's been for a long time. If someone sees your name, they can click on that and see all your apps.  I suspect there are fewer apps in the analog category than the simple category, which is why you can't see yours in simple but could in analog..
