vscode plugin. Command "Monkey C: Set Products by Version" is not available

Thanks Richard, I think it coud be very useful to only be able to select the devices that are capable of a certain api level

 This used to exist under this name, but was changed to Set Products By Product Category. I don't believe the actuality functionality has changed. It was originally named something that it did not do. This may be something that could be added though so I will bring it up.
