[VS Code + Garmin Connect IQ SDK 4.1.5] - Resources are not updated unless folder %temp%\com.garmin.connectiq is deleted

Using: 

Garmin Connect IQ SDK 4.1.5
VS Code 1.7.0
Monkey C Garmin - v1.0.5
Monkey C Alexander Fedora - v0.4.0

Everytime I change any resouce (ex: strings.xml) it is not updated in Connect IQ Simulator unless I delete folder %temp%\com.garmin.connectiq

If I need to test the code with different devices, recompiling doesn't work properly because I need to delete the folder %temp%\com.garmin.connectiq everytime to get the correct updated resources for the new device I am testing.

Thanks a lot, this increases a lot manual work and development time of the applications.
