Users cannot uninstall a widget

I'm receiving frequent reports that users cannot uninstall a widget: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/b6e8ca11-5964-4e15-ac14-bf3df54615ea. What could the root cause of this be?

Brad.ConnectIQ please take a look at the following video that was supplied by a user: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EP6tKVWFotk. It demonstrates how the uninstallation button does not work.

Brad.ConnectIQ the only anecdotal data point I have is one model ID, the Venu2. Otherwise I don't know how users are attempting to uninstall.

What device are they trying to uninstall it from? What methods of uninstalling have they tried (GCM, CIQ Store App, Garmin Express)?
