Users are reporting app being removed when updating via GCM

This has been happening for months now, the only solution that has worked is to direct uses to install via Garmin Express.

  • Thank you for the information. I would normally request the firmware versions for the devices listed, but at this point I'll assume they are all up-to-date, or maybe an update or two behind. We will look into it and see what we can find, and hopefully be able to send it to the appropriate team to have them work on a solution.
