Uploading CIQ Apps has been broken now for over 24 hours!

Please fix the issue in which uploading a new version of a CIQ app fails. Sometimes with a red banner that says a server error, but usually it just silently times out and returns without performing the upload.

    I only managed to get one step further this time. The form appears, but after I fill in the details like description, what's new, attach images, etc. I still experience the following error: "Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later."
