Uploading CIQ Apps has been broken now for over 24 hours!

Please fix the issue in which uploading a new version of a CIQ app fails. Sometimes with a red banner that says a server error, but usually it just silently times out and returns without performing the upload.

    Thanks, yes it works. Unlike before, however, when I upload a new version, even the developer doesn't have access to immediately download the new version to their own device... we have to wait for 30 mins to an hour or so before it become available. Not a big deal.
