Uploading CIQ Apps has been broken now for over 24 hours!

Please fix the issue in which uploading a new version of a CIQ app fails. Sometimes with a red banner that says a server error, but usually it just silently times out and returns without performing the upload.

    Hi, this is NOT fixed now, my previous thoughts were this was my slow internet speed (I live on an Island), but then I saw this bug report, I had done a build of limited watches to reduce the file upload size, and it worked, I then gradually added watches to increase the file size and eventually it failed. I am not sure if this is a size only or size and upload speed (ie expected time to complete) issue, but please re-open this bug report, so we / you do not have multiple - thank you
