Update SDK dependencies for newer Ubuntu LTS versions

Use libwebkit2gtk-4.1 instead of libwebkit2gtk-4.0 as a dependency for the Connect IQ SDK. This will allow it to run on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and newer.
