Unable to upload iq app signature verification failed

Been trying for 3 weeks to upload an iq file but each time it errors out saying trouble communicating with Garmin servers. Helpdesk replied saying its an error from their side and it should work the next day, a week later and still the same issue. Went back to support but still no response. Are others having this issue or is it just me? If yes, anyone found a workaround?

My iq file is just a watch face for multiple Garmin models. Ive checked the file a hundred times manually and chucked it into every AI known to man to be sure i’ve not done something my side

  • This is a known problem that we're working to address. There are two issues we're aware of that can cause this:

    1. There was a bug causing widgets with certain permissions to fail verification, which has already been fixed.
    2. If an app's manifest contains invalid devices (e.g. old device configs, beta test device configs, manually edited configs, duplicates, etc), it can cause a verification failure. We're making some changes that will be in the next SDK to help address some of these cases, but the short-term fix is to update your device configs through SDK manager to ensure they're current and then check your project manifest to look for any invalid configs that need to be removed.
