Unable to uninstall widget on Venu 2

I've been having a number of reports of people saying they can't uninstall a widget on Venu 2.

Originally I thought it was because the widget didn't have a glance view, so I added that and rebuilt the widget with SDK 4.0.7 but I'm still getting reports of this problem. (BTW this fixed the problem on one of my other widgets).

One specific instance is the Venu 2 , firmware version 5.33.

I don't have any way to duplicate this problem. What could be the cause?

My Widget Hue Control seems to have the same problem on Venu 2. This causes a lot of bad reviews although the widget itself cannot change it.

What are they using to try to uninstall? The CIQ Mobile App, GCM, or Garmin Express?
