Ubuntu 20.04: VS Code not accepting Monkey plugin commands

Hi! Following the guide, I installed Connect IQ SDK and Monkey C plugin for VS Code. But VS Code doesn't accept Monkey C plugin commands like New Project end etc. What am I doing wrong?
