Hello,
Today I noticed a change in the ConnectIQ App in the reviews section: Something new was added - a helpful button - which is actually very valuable to users I think. Nice addition! But what I don't like is that the replies on the review from the developers are gone. This was a very nice way to show potential customers that we're actively working on apps and that we do our best to handle the issue if a negative review appears.
I really hope that leaving this out is a bug or a mistake, and not intentional. I really think the developer replies are very useful information for other users.
(The developer replies are still there on the developer dashboard website by the way, they're just gone in the app)
