System doesn't call onEnterSleep and onExitSleep on amoled when AOD is off

My WF run well on mips but for amoled with AOD OFF not.
Two epix2 users have notified me data is no updating when AOD is off.
It's look like onEnterSleep/onExitSleep is not called when when AOD is off.
When AOD is on everything is OK.

It appears that this issue also exists on the Venu 3

One of my users reported the issue to me as well.
Unlike mentioned above he is having the problem with AOD is ON as well.
I received a video recording where I can see that the watch face is still executing with burn-in protection but the watch updates the watch face within a one second interval.
