Swipe right/left on a confirmation dialog crashes with a va3 target in the sim

I'm using the 3.1.8 SDK.

When a confirmation dialog is displayed on a va3 target, tapping on the selections works, but a right or left swipe causes the app to crash with the following error:

Details: Failed invoking <symbol>

This can be seen with the ConfirmationDialog sample in the SDK.  Just run the app, bring up the dialog, and do a swipe.
