Simulator hangs when quitting an app while on a breakpoint

This does not repro 100% of the time, but it happens often.

1. Set a breakpoint (in VS Code)

2. Run app

3. When app stops at BP quit the app in VS Code

4. Simulator hangs (shows spinning wheel on a Mac)

Now have to force quite the simulator
