Simulator does not start on macOS Monterey 12.01

The simulator simple doesn't start anymore on my MacBook Air M1 with macOS Monterey 12.01.

On the previous macOS version Big Sur it worked without any problems.

Using the 'sudo' command directly on the 'simulator' executable I get a simulator window but when loading my watch face the simulator fails to find the corresponding device.

P.S.: I've, of course, tested also other SDKs beside the current one (4.0.6) and none of them worked.
