simulator displays wrong ("previous") settings

I have different settings for devices that have 16 vs 32 kB DF memory (so the users only sees the relevant settings, I hate the "(only if device supports)" in the settings).
When I run the DF in the simulator for the 1st time and open the settings, it displays the correct settings for the simulated device.

But then when I run another device that has different amount of memory it sometimes still displays the settings for the previous device. It doesn't matter how many times I close the settings editor and open again. Even "Reset all app data" doesn't fix it. Only after "Delete all apps" (and thus restarting the app) it displays the correct settings.

  • This still happens with 4.1.7 SDK. Do you know if anyone is working to fix this? This is very annoying, because unlike other bugs where you try to do something and immediately face a problem, here you either have correct code but see incorrect settings => drives you crazy, or have incorrect code, but see it works as you want => you don't notice the bug, release your app, and maybe nobody realizes that half of your settings are missing and the users don't use the feature because they don't even see it exists...
