Sim issue with saveWaypoints

In the sim using 3.1.5, the following sometimes doesn't work.

Toybox.PersistedContent.saveWaypoint(location, {:name => name});

It works fine in the device (a real 1030).

No, the device adds the number to the name.

It looks like the device adds it with the same name but displays an additional number (which isn't part of the name).

Yes, a new one gets added (with added number to distinguish the name).

When debugging this, I listed the waypoints in the collection. The "added" waypoint doesn't show up in the sim.

Isn't that what happens on an actual device? A new one gets added?
