sim App Settings Editor doesn't display the App name if it has any non-ASCII character in it

I tested with:

ANT+ HRM

Only the last one that doesn't include any non ASCII characters is displayed:

all the rest are not:
- Cancel
- Vote Up 0 Vote Down
- More
- Cancel
