Settings prompt not displayed in Connect IQ Android

The prompt doesn't work in Connect IQ Android app.

    When I delete the default "0", then this is how it looks when still the 1st field is active (focused):

    And this is how it looks when I'm in another field with the focus (as you see the cursor is in the 2nd field now)

    In either cases the prompt of the 1st field should be: "Empty or 0 for any"

    You can see it in the store on ANT+ Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) Heart️ datafield's settings (search for "ANT HRM" or go to: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/7c83d402-4b68-4f0a-b167-7139788a19b3 )
