Since API 5.2.2 Split information can be read https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/api-docs/Toybox/Activity/SplitInfo.html, but I also want to be able to be able to start/end splits on my Session as part of ActivityRecording, similar to the ability to start/end Laps.
