Second Sales report has same data as first sales report

I created a sales report once the tool was available. It had sales until august 25. I've created a new report today, and it also has sales until august 25, while I'm 100% sure I had sales since the 25th until now. 

There is clearly going something wrong here, please have a look at it Slight smile

    Thanks for looking in to it! But the lag might indeed explain the issue. As there is the install date, the settlement date (48h later), and then only 48h later it appears in the sales report I think. Thought it would be there already on the settlement date.

    I also wasn't aware of the national holiday, that might explain more things indeed.

  • We're checking to make sure there aren't any issues, but I've been told that there can be a lag between the sale date and when the sales appear on the report, plus holidays can cause additional delay (we just had a national holiday in the US this past Monday). A lag of 5–7 days would not be unusual from what I understand.

    I'm going to request additional documentation about the sales report to explain what you can expect and what you'll see on the report.
