SDK manager not launching - "update is being downloaded" loop

Hi,

I tried opening the Connect IQ SDK Manager today and, upon launch, a dialog pops up saying "An update to the SDK Manager is being downloaded".

If I click OK, it closes the app and says "Updating the Connect IQ SDK Manager, reopens a short time later and displays the same message as above, looping like this endlessly.

I tried downloading the latest SDK manager from the website, and same issue.

I cannot check the exact version I have since I can't interact with the main screen while the update popup is active, but I downloaded the latest one from the website.
