SDK 6.3.0 breaks Menu2 in simulator

The display and formatting of Menu2 is broken in the 6.3.0 SDK.

I'll add a response with more details since it does not seem to allow me to put images in the initial post.

    Here is what the Menu2Sample code looks like when run from the 6.3.0 SDK:

    So, the title is wrong, the text alignment is wrong and the scroll arrows are in completely the wrong place.

    Here are the same screenshots from the 6.2.2 SDK which correctly matches a real device:
