“Review Spam / Review Bombing“

Good morning,

I would like to report an incident from tonight. And one of Watchface got from me within a very short time 13, 1 star rating. And I have the feeling that it is or was a review bombing. Garmin could comment on it, or examine the case. Thank you.

  • We can look at this. Since this is not explicitly a bug (though you could argue that someone having the ability to somehow do this is a bug, and I'd agree), the best way to report incidents like this is through our DSA reporting form: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/legal/dsa-notice/.

    DSA reports are reviewed, tracked, and acted on if the report details a terms violation. The advantage of using this channel is that repeat offenses are tracked and can lead to a Connect account ban.
