Respiration Rate returning too low values for Breathing activity when using Connect IQ API

Connect IQ API ActivityMonitor.getInfo().respirationRate is always returning 4 or 5 but it is supposed to be around 13/14.

This happens only for Breathing activity and not for Yoga activity.
