Re-add the option to create alarms for Forerunner 955 in Garmin Connect

Who figured it would a good idea to *only* be able to set up alarms on the Forerunner 955 via the watch itself? The thought of returning the watch definitely struck my mind.

Honestly, I find the absence of this feature to be a bug.
