Looks like this issue has resolved itself.

Problems downloading Eclipse plugin

I'm trying to download Eclipse plugin by setting "https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/" as repository location, however Eclipse returns an error with description: "could not find 'https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/'" and if i try to navigate the page https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/ i get the response: "Not Found". Does anybody else have same problem?

I know this is five years old, but I'm having this issue currently. Has something changed?

Now it is working fine for me, too. Maybe it was a temporary problem.

https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/ is working for me right now. If you point a web browser at that address, you'll get Not Found, but the Eclipse Available Software dialog will do the right thing.
