Possible Bug: Instinct Crossover Watch Face selection menu

I wrote a custom watch face (hands avoidance) with a setting menu.

The "Apply" button from the watch face selection menu is not showing if the current face is the default one (the first on the list). Only the "Customize" button appears.

If the current watch face is another one from the list, then the "Apply" button appears and my custom watch face can be selected and applied.

In other words, if I want to apply my watch face, I have to first select and apply one different from the default one, then mine can be applied.

SvenLivonas  also report this issue with his "Mimic" watch face.

Is this due to mistake in the coding/implementation ?

Thanks a lot !

  • Hello,

I'm sorry if I posted this at the wrong place.

I've tried other faces, and it seems to be related to watch faces with the on-watch custom setting menu implemented (getSettingsView()). I don't see this problem with faces without settings menu.

Do you know how I can try to move this issue to a firmware specific place ?

    Thanks a lot
