onWorkoutStepComplete() is not called after the last workout step

Hi! I just found a problem using onWorkoutStepComplete() by using it in my data field. It seems that when the workout/training is finished, onWorkoutStepComplete() is not called after the final step (when the training is finished). Has anybody else encountered this? I am using a Fenix 6. Thanks!

On a Forerunner 245 v13.00 this is still an issue. onWorkoutStepComplete() is not called after the last workout step

As a workaround I have to put a dummy step with a peculiar value at the end of the workout and use that to detect the end.

Found this 2-years old thread searching for the same problem: onWorkoutStepComplete() is called after each workout step but not after the last. Not in the simulator and not on Garmin Edge.

I would be grateful if someone would look into this
