Not receiving workouts from push service

Hello!

For a user we are not receiving workout updated from push service. Our app's

prod client id is c54aa4aa-73dd-4988-84cb-10e9f2ed64a3

user_access_token 2368ea2e-58ca-41f1-9958-499325e71e69

we checked logs on our side and no errors and it seems like we didn't even receive updates. Is there a way to check somewhere the push was sent or not? We also tried to resend the update from summary resender from garmin developer program but it seems like only daily data is sent not activities.

Can you help us to understand:

- What went wrong with this user's activity data?

- Was the update sent from garmin?

- is there a way to see update was sent or not?

- is there a way to pull data from garmin if update is missed?
