Not receiving "Contact Developer" user messages

Hi all,

first of all thanks to everybody in this great forum. It has greatly helped me for the development, most of the time I could find answers to my questions right away from existing posts, however now I am encountering something which is bothering me and where I couldn't find any similar post:

Very recently my app got published in the Connect IQ store and everything went smoothly. However it seems that when a user tries to contact me using "Contact Developer", I don't get these messages. I already tested that with friends, with no success, and the messages are also not in the spam folder. 

Do you have any idea what went wrong there? I checked the settings in the Developer Dashboard but there doesn't seem to be much to set. In the settings menu of the Connect IQ dashboard my email address is correctly set.
