Not able to remove languages from the app page

In Edit App Details,

1) I select a tab with an additional language previously added,

2) I press Remove Language button - the selected tab disappears,

3) I press Submit button at the bottom of the page - the change appears accepted, no error message,

4) I go back to Edit Details, the deleted tab is still there.

I tried this many times with different browsers, but no luck.
