NOREPLY@GARMIN BUG HAS RESURFACED! THIS IS BAD.

Hi,

I am starting to get user request emails from [email protected] that do not include the user email to reply to.... again.

THIS IS NOT GOOD!

IF a user contacts me via the form, then they want a response. There HAS to be a means for me to respond. Period.

This is allowed for in GDPR so there is no legal argument against providing a means for developers to reply to legitimate user questions with a valid response.

I think if user just want to complain about the app and not even put an email there to get a response, just delete the complain. People hiding behind the process should not be considered.

This isn't a bug per-se: we allow the contact field to be left blank, which leads to these 'noreply' return addresses. We've discussed making the reply-to address a requirement in the past, but I'll get the app store team involved and see if we can make this an enhancement.
