NordicThingy52 SDK sample should not support fr645 product, because sample requires BLE but product doesn't support BLE

SDK: 7.4.3 (this actually looks to be a bug in every SDK which contains the sample, starting with 3.1.8 and ending with 8.0.0-beta)

manifest.xml in the NordicyThingy52.xml contains fr645 as a supported product, but it shouldn't.

If the NordicThingy52 sample is built for fr645 and run on the sim, the app will crash with a Symbol Not Found error the first time the BluetoothLowEnergy module is accessed.
