Newly updated app reporting "The selected key does not belong to . Please select another key." in ERA

ERA is working fine except for one watch face that I recently updated.  For that watch face, it reports "Newly updated app reporting "The selected key does not belong to <AppName>. Please select another key."

I would think it's some sort of corruption of my ERA installation or something except that this discussion seems to indicate it's a new issue that others are seeing too:

In my case, it's the app "Big Weather" that has this issue, while all my others I've tried don't have the problem.

    Same issue. ERA viewer shows all apps as red (as has for awhile). Applying developer key works for one app but not the others - and they all used the same one. This was working fine last time I used ERA tool... Proir to update to SDK 4.0.4
