[Meta] Scrolling to bottom of bug report (from direct link to comment) produces infinite error messages

I'm seeing this with Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10.

Recreation procedure:

1) Open [https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/assorted-media-player-button-bugs-across-devices?CommentId=76df4e23-19d0-4c7a-a875-f5f9a7ea7ab2] (This was linked from another bug report: https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/media-player-bugs)

2) Scroll to bottom

3) Click on "View More" at the bottom of the page

4) Scroll to bottom again

5) Enjoy endless cascade of pseudo-notifications proclaiming "There are no remaining comments", until you scroll up

Note that this does not happen when you navigate to the bug report normally. (In that case, you won't see more than 5 comments unless you click on "Oldest" or "Newest")

Not to mention the fact that it's weird that both the middle and the end of the comments have a "View More" button. (Sorry, but there are other far superior modern forum platforms, like Discourse or NodeBB, which have the ability to instantly jump to any point in a discussion with 1000s of comments with no problem on either desktop or mobile while still supporting infinite scroll -- I still don't get why this is the one that was chosen.)
