Menu title always displays "English" on fenix 5

The menu title always shows up as "English" rather than the requested string when run on the fenix 5 under firmware 15.00 & 15.10. Easily replicated using the MenuTest sample app provided with the SDK.

Firmware 15.x (Tested on 15.00, 15.10)

Connect IQ 3.1.6 SDK

It is with a considerable level of frustration that I once again enquire about progress on this bug.

Come on Garmin, it can't be that hard to fix.

The bug has been there since FW Ver 15:00 and we're now at 19:10.
