Menu display is messed up on some devices in sdk 6.3.0 and 6.3.1

For example, on fenix5xplus, the menu on the device (and in the simulator prior to 6.3.0) has 3 rows. The text in each row is centered, the top and bottom rows have smaller text, the top row has an "up" arrow above the text, and the bottom row has a "down" arrow below the text.

In 6.3.0 and 6.3.1 the text in the top and bottom rows is still centered, but the text in the middle row (the current selection) is hard left aligned. Also the "up" arrow appears on the middle row rather than the top row, and the down arrow is missing. This looks terrible, and doesn't match the device. It looks particularly bad when you're scrolling up or down, and the centered text from the top or bottom row becomes non-centered text on the middle row.
