A bit buggy:
- Editing your menstrual history (at least the last week) from the watch
- Editing your menstrual history from the phone, Menu > Health Stats > Menstrual Cycle > View Calendar > Edit Period (unselect and select period days), however this fails to update the rest of the ovulation cycle (think green segments)
- It seems like users can't actually use their symptom logging for any helpful data, instead it seems as though this data is getting logged for Garmin / whomever you're selling the data to...
- Default Message should be changed from: "Your period should arrive soon. See when it's predicted to start." to something more generic 'Garmin Reminder: Menstrual Tracker' or something more aligned with how some women might feel about their periods, '

- Use as a fertility app (think beyond "pregnant/irregular periods/regular periods"), can I log my hypothetical IVF treatments / temperature / sex-schedule, etc
- Symptoms being tracked should be less one-dimensional: Skin - Oily / Normal / Dry, Moods - "Energy": High / Medium / Low , "Motivation" : High / Medium / Low, etc
